SHIPPING POLICY

• Excluding Sundays and holidays, most orders are processed and shipped the same day if received by 2pm CST.
• Due to increased internet fraud and for your security, any order over $500.00 will require a direct signature. All orders will be shipped by FedEx or FedEx Home delivery. You have the option to choose the speed at check out. Note: most orders shipped to Texas addresses will arrive the next day using standard home delivery.
• USED items can often be a ONE ONLY item. Please be advised that on occasion, the item you are looking at online may be sold in the store before you finish your checkout. Orders refresh every 15 minutes but having an item in your cart does not put the item on hold. If the item happens to be sold in store, you will be notified by phone or email and your card will not be charged.
• Preorder items are shipped on a first ordered basis. When placing a preorder for a newly released item, both internet and in-store orders are added to the same wait list on a first ordered basis. As items are received from the manufacturer, we will start shipping using the date and time the order was placed regardless of whether it is an online or in-store order.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items shipping to Houston Camera Exchange. All packages must be shipped prepaid. Houston Camera Exchange will not accept packages shipped COD.
• ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY OUR PROCESSING DEPARTMENT. WE WILL NOTIFY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELAYED.
• Houston Camera Exchange will only ship to the contiguous48 states.  NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE.
