ALL ELIGIBLE RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

New Item Returns/Refund Policy

New Items must be returned within 5 days in new condition: including all original packaging, warranty card, and instructions. Items that show any signs of use, such as shutter actuations, damage, or abuse will not be accepted.

 

Used Item Returns/Refund Policy

Used equipment must be returned within 90 days if item is defective. Microphones, DJI Products, film, photo paper, chemicals and background paper are non-returnable.

 

We do our best to ensure our used items are carefully graded and working. If your item is not functioning properly, the items used may be returned within 90 days. Returned items must be shipped prepaid. Return shipping costs, at the same rate as the original shipping cost, will be credited if the item proves to be defective upon inspection.

All returns and exchanges are subject to the following:

  • USED items must be in the same condition as originally shipped along with any accessories included.
  • Items that show signs of impact, water or sand damage will not be accepted.
  • Items sold “AS-IS” are non-returnable.
  • When preparing your item for shipping, ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
