This unit is all metal and accepts up to three speedlights. The accessory shoes are adjustable for the size of the speedlight foot and are insulated to prevent misfires. A locking screw holds the umbrella in place.
The mount accepts light stand spigots up to 5/8” in size and has a reversible spigot that allows the unit to be mounted on a tripod with either 1/4"-20 or 3/8-16” threads. Additionally, the mount features a tilt mechanism, which is a saw tooth design that comes with a spring-loaded locking screw, allowing easy adjustments to provide a secure, positive lock at the angle the photographer sets.
