One one coupon is needed per Qflash or Qflash / Turbo combo. In order to receive the $150 mail-in rebate, you
must purchase the Qflash and Turbo on the same sales
ticket. Products must be purchased from an Authorized
Quantum Instruments, Inc. dealer in the U.S. Rebate
checks will only be mailed to U.S. addresses. There is no
rebate for for purchasing a Turbo without the Qflash.
Completed rebate forms must be received by July 31, 2008.
Purchase must be made between April 1 and June 30, 2008.
